Overview
I provided online booking integration for MT Valet, a mobile car wash and detailing service in Waterford. The project focused on improving customer convenience by allowing clients to schedule appointments directly on the website, while also maintaining up-to-date content when required.

- Booking System Implementation: Configured and integrated a online booking system with automated confirmations and calendar sync.
- Content Updates: Performed occasional updates to page content and service information as needed.
- Social Media Links: Updated and connected the website’s social media accounts for better visibility and client engagement.
- Technical Checks: Verified mobile responsiveness and smooth functionality for the booking system.
- Analytics & Monitoring: Configured basic tracking to monitor bookings and client interactions.
Outcome
MT Valet now offers a functional online booking system, making it easier for clients to schedule services. While content updates are performed as needed, the main improvement is a reliable, user-friendly booking workflow. The business currently handles 10+ monthly bookings, with ongoing tracking to assess new vs. returning customers.
